GOOD QUESTIONS
How does the deposit work?
$1 per tote, fully refunded when they're returned empty and stacked. Simple as that.
What if I need them longer than 2 weeks?
Just let us know — or don't. We'll auto-charge your card on file at $1/tote/week until you're done. No awkward calls needed.
Can I just buy them?
It is a tote rental — but sometimes you love them and want to keep them. Rent for 12 weeks total and we'll stop charging. They're officially yours, no action needed.
Do you serve my area?
Currently delivering to Onslow and New Hanover counties. More areas coming soon — reach out if you're nearby.
How does pickup work if I don't want delivery?
You're welcome to pick up and return your totes directly from us in Sneads Ferry. Just select the pickup option at checkout and we'll coordinate a time.
What do I need to do before return?
Just empty them out and stack them back up. That's it. We'll handle the rest.
